Refund Policy

Overview

Each relic offered by The Storied Relic is a unique, one-of-a-kind antique. Because of the individual nature and age of these items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item arrives damaged during shipping.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your order arrives broken or significantly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thestoriedrelic@gmail.com


Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we verify the issue, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement (if available).

We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies as “damaged during shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are not damaged or broken upon arrival

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

 

Because our relics are antique and often fragile, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, minor wear consistent with age, or differences in patina or coloration.
